The sealing surfaces of the filter cartridge are joined using argon arc welding, and the filter layer adopts a multi-fold pleating process, forming a complete filter cartridge that is leak-free and free from media disintegration. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous depth filtration material made by sintering stainless steel fibers at high temperatures, while the stainless steel wire mesh is woven from stainless steel wires.

The pleated stainless steel filter cartridge exhibits excellent filtration performance, providing uniform surface filtration for particle sizes ranging from 1 to 200 microns.
